Passport to Success by Peter Cruddas
February 15 2022
Peter Cruddas left Shoreditch Comprehensive School in 1968 at the age of fifteen without any qualifications and no job.
However, the son of a meat market porter and an office cleaner, brought up on a Hackney council estate, whose first job was a milkman, would go on to become a banker, businessman and philanthropist who turned a £10,000 company into a £1 billion business. Peter was also appointed to the House of Lords in 2021.
It has been an epic journey for Cruddas from milkman to Mayfair. This is the extraordinary story of his incredible success.
