Yesterday, at the Democratic Party’s National Convention in Philadelphia, Hillary Clinton’s former rival Bernie Sanders put aside any bitterness and proclaimed that she ‘must become the next President of the United States’, going on to say that ‘while Donald Trump is busy insulting one group after another, Hillary Clinton understands that our diversity is one of our greatest strengths’. Hillary also received a glowing and emotional endorsement from Michelle Obama, and with the convention continuing through the rest of the week with speeches from former President Clinton and President Obama, the Democrats are set to put their full weight behind Hillary Clinton, the woman who may well soon make history as the first female President of the United States.
