Michael Foot was leader of the Labour Party from 1980 to 1983. He co-founded Tribune Magazine in 1937 and was the co-author of the famous Guilty Men in 1940. He is a prolific author and his new book of essays, The Uncollected Michael Foot, is being published this summer.
